We plan to fix this keyboard issue by November 2020. There is an alternative link in the header to Register which is accessible by keyboard.
We plan to fix this issue by May 2021 via a review of the method of publication and publish PDF content from September 2018 onwards as HTML/web
pages. PDFs which need to remain in that format will made accessible.
We have tested the site internally using accessibility web tools and provided fixes to those urgent errors that we found.
We are currently developing the website to be able to add accessible HTML documents and accessible PDFs.
We are scheduling in an external company to review the portal on completion of a large development project launched in January 2021. We will mitigate any changes found as part of that audit.
